After removing the engine, the compartment is cleaned. The placement of the old rail is marked with a jig, to ensure proper relocation of the new rail.
The defective rail is then removed, the jig remains in place.
The new rail is then installed and lined up with the jig.
The rail and panels are clecoed and clamped into place.
The new rail is then riveted into place.
